How long does the approval process take?

Most programs respond within about 2 to 4 weeks of a complete application. Timelines vary by manufacturer. ProvisionRX monitors your status and updates you throughout the process.

Is ProvisionRX affiliated with any pharmaceutical company?

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health information with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. We share information only with: (a) pharmaceutical manufacturers and their program administrators as required to process your application; (b) your prescribing physician as required for authorization; and (c) service providers who assist us in delivering our services, under confidentiality agreements.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our application form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Provision Rx LLC (ProvisionRX) about your application and case status, such as status updates, requests for documents needed to complete your application, and confirmation when your application is submitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers who help us deliver these messages, such as our SMS provider, under confidentiality terms; text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data sharing.

6. Health Information

We understand that information about your medications and health conditions is sensitive. While ProvisionRX is not a covered entity under HIPAA as a patient assistance management service, we apply health information practices consistent with HIPAA principles. We treat all health-related information with heightened care and use it only as necessary to prepare your applications.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data transmission and encryption at rest for stored data. Access to patient information is limited to staff directly involved in processing your application. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to provide core functionality, analyze usage patterns, and improve our services. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. The Provision RX mobile application does not use your health information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

9. Mobile App Permissions and On-Device Data

The Provision RX mobile application may ask for camera or photo-library access only when you choose to photograph or select an application document. You may also select a document through the operating system file picker. Authentication tokens are stored using the device secure-storage facility. A temporary picker copy may be created in operating-system-managed storage while an upload is in progress; the app attempts to remove that copy after successful upload, and the operating system may also clear its managed cache. You can deny camera or photo access and use another available document-selection method.

10. Service Providers and Platform Processing

We use service providers to host and secure accounts and data, deliver email and text communications, transmit faxes, process payments when enabled, and operate application workflows. Apple and our mobile build and distribution providers may process app-store, installation, device, and diagnostic information under their own terms. We require service providers to use information only to provide contracted services. We do not permit them to sell patient health information or application documents.

11. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Application-related records are typically retained for 7 years after the last service activity. You may initiate account deletion inside the Provision RX mobile application or contact privacy@getrxcheap.com. We will delete or de-identify information that is not subject to a legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or record-retention obligation and will explain when a required retention period prevents immediate deletion.

12. Your Rights

You may ask to access or correct information we hold about you, request deletion subject to legal retention requirements, withdraw an authorization where applicable, opt out of optional communications, and file a complaint with an applicable regulatory authority.
